DO NOT RISK buying/selling cars from Wrexham branch. We have been waiting for nearly two weeks for the money for our two cars. We are both pensioners and cannot afford to lose this money 7,100 we are very concerned. The manager has been promising for the last two days that he will pay by transfer but no money received as yet. Don't risk your money with this business.the manager has now promised we will get our money first thing on Monday morning. I don't believe this but my husband will come with me on Monday morning to the garage if we do not get the money and we will obstruct the entrance to the garage to prevent this happening to other people. We are also reporting the garage to trading standards.
Absolutely terrible. I part exchanged my vauxhall mervia last year which was immaculate and ran faultless. Got diddled on the part exchange price. They gave me 1400 when it was worth more. They sold it for what my mum paid for it not a year before 2999 only for me to spend 6000 on a car that has a dangerous reaccuring fault since I've had the car. This fault happens on the motorway where the engine management light comes on with stop start Unavailable with the warning triangle. The car has spent more time in the garage than with me and excuse after excuse of it the fault is. Fixing this and that hoping to cure the fault. I've had enough you can have the car back and I'll have my 6000 back unless you pay to have the car sent to Fiat for this to be sorted once and for all. The car is unroadworthy.
Having bought over 10 cars here as well as my families purchases I think after reading some of the previous reviews I must be shopping at a different dealer ?OK the showroom is not 1 of those glitzy gin palaces but the sales staff have always treated me well and have worked hard for my business.It does get really busy and sometimes I've been kept waiting but the cars are the cheapest in Wrexham so they will be busy - my advice is to come midweek and not a weekend.Lunch and coffee comment on a previous review made me smile - the staff are human and they do need to eat so I guess they had to order whilst working through customers - 2 years ago I had lunch with them whilst buying a Mondeo and I think they paid.Maybe because I'm known by the guys I get better treated I don't know but they all seem to work hard and my family and friend have never had a bad deal or a bad experience.My advice is to call in and see for yourselves.
Absolutely awful. Car was given to us with soaking wet carpets and in a filthy state with touch ups still needing done. Ended up valeting 3 times and was still given back with mud inside. Customer service was awful, they don't phone back when messages have been left, one member of staff walked off whilst still talking to them and no word from head office either. Overall absolutely appalling service.
Absolutely terrible. As soon as you sign they couldn't care less. The pick up date for my car was changed twice, I had to even ring them up on the pick up date to see if the car was ready to pick up. They're practically telling you to give them a 5 star rating for their "good" customer service, which I find very wrong. I would never deal with them again and advise other people not to either.
