Had been on the phone with them before going there. It's been odd and unwelcoming from the parking lot to the reception. Not clear where the main entrance to the building is. Once you are in there not sure who to meet. The arrangement of staff tables are so odd not sure who is for what. Staff isn't that friendly or helpful and prices for services are sky high.
