Staff here are very good unfortunately Vauxhalls cars are not but thats not their fault their just there to sell and fix the cars

Very disappointed with Vauxhall Wrexham.I visited 3 times when I was deciding on my new company vehicle and not once got any assistance and eventually went to Ellesmere Port who where fantastic.I ordered a new insignia but the sat nav seems to be out of date with a number of newish roads missing. I was told by the service manager in Wrexham that it was not a warranty issue and I would have to spend 130 for the software to update it. I asked if this would sort the issue and was informed that I would have to take my chances but the 130 was not refundable.I will not be using Wrexham for anything in future and will use Ellesmere Port.
