DISGUSTING!!!!! Called them to tell them my 10 month daughter has a rash and they wouldnt see atall.. said there booked up! Absolutely disgusting this place is an effing joke.
Most unorganised, unhelpful, arrogant people Ive ever come across. How they still have there jobs is beyond me, manger must not read reviews cause she would be able to see that there isnt one good thing to say about that arrogant old lady who works in a doctors yet thinks shes queen Elizabeth. The young girl (30-40) I think named Lowri is helpful, other than that they should all be sacked. How they can employ people like that to work in a small community doctors I will never know, aslong as they get there pay cheque at the end of the month is all they care about.
Worst surgery ever staff on reception are disgusting and rude ! They dont want to help attal ! Took me 115 attempts to get threw then after that the receptionist actually said well theres nothing I can do so Im putting the phone down now Im busy not even trying to help me attal !!!
Worst doctors I have ever come across.Waiting time is a joke .Some of the staff speak to you as they please but if we were to do it to them we would be struck off there list.The best thing for it to do is close .Poor service from start to finish.
I phoned this surgery at 8am got an appointment for 10.30 that morning . I arrived at surgery only waited 3 mins before my name was called . Spoke to a very caring lady doctor.BRILLIANT!!!!
