Have visited this dental surgery twice in the walk in clinic on a sunday morning. My first experience was good went in with a dental abscess about 12 months ago I was seen quickly and prescribed antibiotics. The second was not so great. Went in with another abscess that had started to leak early hours of the morning and I assumed it would be like the first but instead of being given antibiotics I was told they were going to remove the tooth. I was numbed and left in a waiting room for about half hour. Whilst waiting the roof of my mouth, top lip and nose was completely numb but the actual site of the pain ..the abscess, the tooth that was being removed and the one behind it were throbbing! I made them aware of this and they blatantly said 'no it isnt'They said I won't feel any pain at all just pressure and pulling... they were wrong! I felt the whole thing!! I was in absolute agony to the point I was screaming. They stopped told me to stop making noise as it wasn't going to help and carried on. I was traumatised and couldnt of gotten out there fast enough. And doubt I'd visit that dentist again
Came here for the Sunday morning walk in emergency dentist, receptionist staff are lovely and polite, was a couple of hours wait and the dentist that treated me was absolutely lovely, made me comfortable, was soft spoken and polite. Would definitely recommend arriving well before 8am in future though as I arrived at 8am and was 10th on the list.

4STARS GIVEN TO Dt. JEN... so kind and understands the anxiousness and explained everything whatever she did.But when I arrive here first thing seeing receptionist was smirking and sound not happy and made me my anxiety level high. She wasn't friendly at all.
Ive been with my own dentist for 31 years on too, been chasing a referral that they should have sent July after numerous calls/ no returned calls then advised that they are understaffed so probably best if I can ring round and find out where theyve sent my referral well the lovely ladies at Wrexham Dental Centre , Grove Rd Wrexham have come to my rescue Alice , Helen and the team and Marie Smith have gone over and beyond their jobs to help me by ringing numerous dentist/hospitals to help me of their own accord. Truly thankful for brillant customer service and Im not your patient
