Id give -1 star if I could. Personally the woman I had was so rude all the time, my retainers I got given chipped my top teeth and crushed my bottom ones together and they said it wasnt the braces when it was. Then a woman had the cheek to say no one will love you or want to kiss you if you dont have lovely straight teeth - which for a 15-year-old at the time was quite upsetting. She also pushed my jaw back when seeing how far forward my jaw had moved, and physically dislocated my jaw in the process (I suffer from a number of joint problems as it is), and then tried to pass it off as me not wearing my braces enough. Its been nearly 7 years since and honestly Ive suffered with so many problems with my teeth and my confidence since. I originally got braces to close a gap in my teeth as otherwise there were no other problems but the gap is wider than before and now all my teethe are crushed and crooked.
Have been looked after by this team for almost 4 years now and always happy when leaving. Very attentive and understanding when I have an issue with or break my braces too!
Great appt today, lots of positive encouragement given to my child. Unfortunately a few orthodontists here prefer rudeness to get their points across!
Not bad, Wait time is a little long but that's due to high demand. Friendly people who can help you out with a brace emergency fairly quick.
