Charlotte Crimes, vet nurse at Pets at Home, Plas Coch, Wrexham is excellent at her job. She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes us feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, she explains everything and is always happy to answer any questions I have. Charlotte never ever rushes her consultations and always puts us at ease and most importantly, Simba, my 5 year old Siberian Husky loves her to bits. Charlotte should be recognised by Vets4Pets for everything she does for the company.

Have gone above and beyond for our dog, Doug
Dog was sent home with a broken leg as I couldnt get 150 to them within an hour (which they asked for)Instead of taking care of my pet and making him feel safe! She made me hold him through out the whole visit! Vet was more concerned about pricing up the visit, than taking care of my puppy!Also used up my 'free' health check to look at his leg! Disgusted! Never going back there, should of listened to everyone else telling about the money thieving company!
