A regular stay when I come for physio and never disappoint with the service provided by the staff amazing attention to detail by the owners. I look forward to coming back after a hard days physio rehabilitation to stay at the hotel which is minutes away from the business park. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff, well done all
Lovely place to stay. Really good location. Polite friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Defiantly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful setting. Genuinely wonderful and helpful staff. Amazing facilities and dining. Pub just as lovely as the restaurant. Well worth upgrading to the larger room and using the spa facilities. Will probably go again for my next anniversary.
The Grosvenor Pulford turned out to be a disappointing experience for my wife and I. We booked a room for one night, as my work was having their Christmas do there. Room number 31 was at the top of the building, which had been converted into a loft conversion with a slopping roof. Furniture and bed could have been from the 1930's. Bathroom very small and baldly laid out. Cost of the room for one night 145. It wasn't worth half that. The evening works do wasn't much better. The meal was poor, and not good value for money. 42 per person. I will definitely not be staying there again, and will ensure my company do not return to The Grosvenor Pulford again. 24-12-18. It would have been nice to have had a response from the owner.
Beautiful place so relaxing. Every part of the spa is well thought out and really beautiful. Welcoming friendly staff. I was on my own and felt so comfortable. Will definitely book again
