Excellent food good value for money and friendly staff
Nice little pub on the edge of the village. Nice selection of drinks and a fantastic menu of home cooked food. Nice place to stop at if your in the area.
Excellent service & quality of food. Decor fresh & contemporary. Perhaps introduce simpler lunch light bites such as sandwiches, baked potatoes or even afternoon teas which would be lovely in such pleasant surroundings. Also, better signage as to entrance door as the approach is not obvious as to which door to enter the restaurant if first visit. Certainly can recommend & this is a genuine, actual customer review.
Just had a wonderful few days at the Trotting mare. Site is very very well looked after and the toilet block and showers are truly fantastic.Had a couple of meals in the restaurant which can only be described as wonderful and reasonably priced.Will definitely be returning.
What a stunning site. The pitches are spacious and the shower, toilets are the best I've been it. The site pub as a friendly atmosphere and there's even 2 ponds for carp fishing if you fancy it
