Been dealing with numerous estate agents over the last few weeks booking appointments. Called this lot, you go through to a switch board who can't book appointments, only arrange call backs. But after 3 calls and over 2hrs of waiting they have now lost a possible sale. I would be fuming if they were my estate agents with that attitude.
