Always items missing when they arrive shame cause the food is nice otherwise
We have never in12 years had a problem with this takeaway but tonight was the most vile food ever! Popadom's taste like they were cooked in go knows how long fat!! Chicken chat not good an onion bargie burnt! Never again!
ordered food which came on time. firstly there were items missing, to which when i called the restaurant i was told there was nothing they could do and refused to help and rude. Then the food that came was either over cooked like the cardboard like chips or under cooked like the near raw dough naan bread we received. Wont be going here again as the unhelpful staff and terrible food have really dampened my hope with this establishment. if i could leave a no star review i really would.
Waited 2 hours for our food after being told it would only take an hour, called a lot of times and they said theyre waiting on the driver. Finally got delivered and I said to the delivery man weve been waiting 2 hours for this, he said not my fault no other driver bothered to turn up took my money, give me my change and walked away. Food was warm not hot which it should of been, only thing that was cold was the chips. We always order from here usually but we will be considering ordering from here again.
