Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet room requested - was the most quiet room we've ever had at a premier inn. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a great location to my final destination and choose my staff based on this. It seemed to be an older building but i had no problems here - slept well. Good, spacious car park area. Food in the neighbouring restaurant was good too. Extremely helpful and friendly reception staff. Id forgotten some toothpaste on this occasion and even though they dont stock any, they were able to give me some from their own tube (which she had luckily brought with her). Top marks for helpfulness
Whenever I visit North Wales in the spring and summer months I love staying at this Premier Inn as some of the desk staff already know who I am and they are always polite and professional. The rooms are perfect and I always enjoy breakfast and a decent evening meal at The Beeches restaurant plus decent night's sleep on the comfortable beds. I look forward to returning back to the Wrexham North Premier Inn in the course of 2019.
Well positioned, well appointed hotel. Rooms are well equipped. Not too keen on the fixedhead shower and the soap dispenser - take your own! However, together with the nice restaurant/bar a nice place to stay.
Over the years I have stayed in multiple Premier inns across the UK, with great service and excellent comfort. However although the service was still great the comfort was at a much lower quality. The beds were much lower down and not as soft and luxurious as is common with Premier Inn. There was also a second bed in our room for myself as I am disabled and for health reasons must share a room. This bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was hard with, what felt like, no padding. Sadly due to this I don't plan on returning to this specific Premier Inn and would not recommend it.
