If i could leave the no star I would. They have some people working at Spectrum for Arcadia in Monkspath, Shirley, Solihull who are possible some of the worse people ever. Ben and Luke Allcott are awwwwful. Went on holiday I'm December as it was something that I had booked before. Originally it was refused but spoke to Ben who gave me the go ahead. Got back from holiday on the 4th and been texting and calling to go back in and no one got back to me. I even sent a text asking if I was let go or the warehouse was quiet and still no answer. What was so upsetting was the fact that they said I had been an excellent worker who was never ever late and did overtime every single time they asked me. At least someone should have said something. Please avoid this company. It's a joke. One other thing is they tell you that no one can force you to work overtime if you have already done your full hours but they indirectly force you or make you feel you must even if you genuinely can't. Avoid
Massive unreasonable and told me I will get payed and have not had a good experience with this Agency is very unreliable to staff with a Disability working for 24.7 like a slave working for the company
I have been with this agency for over 1 year at monkspath site a lot better than other agencies out there never had problems with wages polite staff especially Lucy in Wrexham head office very helpful also Alex has been a great help will recommend.
They have let me down massively , not paid me my money , Promised me the money for 3 months , Never received it , Now having to sue them , Very very poor
Worked directly for this company on sight, was thrown in the deep end but learned everything within 6 months from payroll to performance. Loved working with the client but 24-7 was no t a great company. My manager was onself preservation mode and made up story's so I didn't pass probation that were untrue. I had no 3 month review and almost suffered a breakdown with all the back stabbing and lies that were told. I was always told to look for Eastern European workers first which came across as racist and had no support whatsoever. Try avoiding this company if u can
