FIRST CLASS SERVICE! I had my wedding gown dry cleaned towards the end of last year after getting married in the Maldives in the summer. Even though ours was a beach wedding - on white sand - we couldn't believe how many stains were on the bottom of the dress; in addition to these marks there were red wine and chocolate stains too. I couldn't praise Borras Dry Cleaners enough! The staff made me feel like I was important to them, they examined my dress thoroughly, pointed out (politely, I might add!) a few marks I hadn't noticed, and then discussed the cost with me. I was also impressed with the price charged. It was certainly reasonable, considering my dress cost me 2000 to buy! Lastly and by no means least, the proof was in the end result... WOW! My dress came back looking like new. I got to choose my own preservation box. All the stains came out! If I look closely there were a couple of tiny marks on the lining, which, to be fair, could've been oil marks, and the staff did point out that occasionally, some stains don't come out. What I was most pleased about was that the staff let me know in advance what to expect. They also seemed to really care about my most treasured possession.
