I'm disappointed. I ordered 6 brass handles on a trip to London. One of them arrived cracked. I emailed the company to tell them this. They messaged back to say that they had sent out a replacement. This is completely useless to me as I am no longer in London. All I wanted was to be able to return 2 for a refund. Perhaps listen to what the customer actually wants!
