Great for cardio, gym has all sorts of equipment for the novice or experienced user, swimming pool is clean, hydro pool great place to relax, don't go in the sauna makes my nostrils and mouth burn lol

Only joined three weeks ago and enjoy going after a workout and then the sauna and pools feel so much better after going
