Excellent family run business who were able to provide a professional, supportive service from the first phone call. Staff were supportive, kept in touch and took me through every step in the most sensitive way. I cant recommend this business highly enough. From the first phone contact to arrange my mother's funeral, initially with Tim whilst Stephen was on holiday, and then with Stephen, Caldecott & Sons were the epitome of professionalism, care and sensitivity and handled all the arrangements very efficiently indeed. There was total support and communication throughout a very difficult time, and huge help with the liaison with the cemetery for a burial. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.
Caldecott & Sons provided a first class service with dignity, style and professionalism from all its staff. They guide you through the funeral process with skill and expertise, as well as aiding and supporting the bereft organiser and the extended family through a very sensitive difficult time. I cannot fault there humane approach.In addition to the excellent service and no job to small approach they also provided, well maintained classy cars and stationary presenting themselves as a more up market family run business in comparison to there more corporate competitors.I conclude by stating that Caldecott & Sons organised my fathers funeral 5 years ago and I was so taken with their aforementioned abilities, that they were chosen again for my recent mothers beautiful funeral.
