Awful customer service
Lovely staff and they always offer to carry my purchases to my car.
Two for one offer seems like a good deal, but the meals are too expensive to start off with. We had burgers, and they were the cheapest rubbish. They were no bargain. I'll never eat there again.Edit: I left this review for the Plas Coch pub, how did the page for the pub get converted to Argos?? Come on Google! The description still says it's red brick pub!!
After a lot of messing about and 3 visits to the store later I finally sorted my issue, got to mention Tom and Lewis in customer services were excellent and the manager of the store Andrew came through in the end thank you, but unfortunately he is let down by the attitude of certain members of his staff who caused the issue in the 1st place, so I am awarding this store 4 stars for the guy who served me initially and to the manager and 6 stars to customer services.
