Helpful staff who understand emotional pain
We went to the cemetery at the beginning of September looking for a family grave, not visited for many years. As a start point I was grateful for the on-line search database which I had previously used. After three-quarters of an hour vainly searching the cemetery, a passer-by suggested we ask the man mowing the grass. He was so helpful, he immediately stopped his machine and said to meet him in the office. I had the grave number and the man quickly located its position, printed a map off and took us to the grave. What wonderful service and to think only a few minutes earlier we were about to give up. Well done Wrexham.
