Andy is great on the front counter, but it would be great if you could put.more staff on the counter as it's gets busy and the wait can be ridiculous sometimes especially if you are in a rush. Try not to pick the lower priced parts if given a choice when ordering. They are cheaper for a reason.
Normally good service. But tonight was an exception. Horrid customer service to the 3 people I saw in branch, seemingly because the guy serving was over his time. Witnessed him go into the office behind the counter saying where the hell is he? I should be gone now. and terrible service to me. I am sorry but I cant do refunds over 30 days as I am not trained coming from a manager is outrageous. Fortunately I had another receipt so i got my refund. Normally brilliant service in here, hopefully it was an off day.
