Beautiful clean site. Here for new year and just want to say the buffet was outstanding lots of choice and plenty of it. The food just kept coming will definitely come again
A recent stay at the new lodges was great for our family four adults and two children we found the lodge to be spacious and comfortable with every need catered for.The facilities were of high quality clean and tidy.Staff were always atentative the facilities were very good from shops two restraunts golf and a great kiddies park and a swimming pool.We are looking forward to next year thank you to the staff and family owners for who provide facilities for families of all ages to enjoy throughout the year.
We visit here regularly and never get tired of this friendly, well run site, that's set in the stunning North Wales countryside.Ideal for younger families it has a great kiddies play park, an indoor heated pool, nature trails, ponds for fishing, shops, golf course and much more. This park seems to have everything. The pitches are generous, well laid out and cared for with meticulously clean facilities and now they offer luxury lodges to hire.What more can you ask for?A couple of bars and a top notch restaurant?They have these too!! We'll sure to be back again soon..
Arrogance sums this place up!!!Thanks John you for your structured response!!!!Since you asked me to reply to you, I shall.The reason we booked another day,If you check your booking details you will see we did this before we arrived,Had we already experienced your hospitality I can assure you we would not have booked an extra day,I had offered my review as structured criticism But seen as your reply is more of a personal Attack...I think youve not done yourself any favours by this, and people will see you as the arrogant Person you seem to want to be portrayed as,If I was you I would seriously consider retirement as this business is clearly getting to you and your not coming across a a rational person,
This place has such a tranquil feel to it even on busy days there is so much to see an do, it has fabulous food it is my favourite place to meet up with my mum for lunch an a catch up as we live a distance from each other however upon my visit today with my girls we decided to sample some the delicious ice cream in one of the shops when this beautiful little girl I'd say about 5 maybe 6 years old came in with her mum she really wanted an ice cream cone but is on a gluten free diet for medical reasons, the sadness on her face was heartbreaking, when she expressed that she understood that they probably didn't have gluten free as not many places do so a tub would do her just fine,,,,,,,, when low an behold they actually DO have gluten free cones the look of joy on her face was out of this world, she got to enjoy fabulous ice cream in a cone just how she really wanted it,,,,,,, The consideration this place puts in to cater for everyone's needs really is second to none it's the smallest of things that make the biggest difference for some people GOOD WORK ice cream shop man keep it up
