Lovely place and as a vegan great to have alternatives for coffee. However I went with my son who is 8 & they only had one of the kids options available which was the one he didn't want and as it was 12.45 on a Saturday was surprised, was offered the special but they wouldn't do a kids size so we ended up both not eating. Also asked for coffee extra hot having read other reviews but it wasn't. Shame.
Went for a Christmas meal. Food was excellent. Couldn't fault it. At all.

Nice decor and polite and attentive staff. Good range of items and they will work hard to offer you what you want. Does lose a couple of stars as the coffees are quite small for the price and also are pretty much always served (unintentionally) luke warm as it takes a while to do an order. Make sure you order extra hot and you'll get a nice hot coffee when it arrives. Most of the seating is upstairs, which is also where the loos are, so be aware of that if that is important to you. Worth a visit.
Went for the sip and graze afternoon tea and it was beyond good! Lovely people lovely food. Definitely going back
