The service on the bar and the bowling was good. I saw the advert for food on the lane when pressing B on the keypad and we waited and waited and we had no service or information about the food until I went ask about this service. I was told that the person named on screen had gone home. I was NOT happy. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I honestly expected better service than this. This has not ruined our night but it has made me doubt the service in future visits.
Great fun for everyone and I don't know opening times or cost
I'd recommend going here on a Tuesday when there is 50% off both bowling and drinks (otherwise 2 games of bowling can total up quite expensive). There are a great selection of drinks at a reasonable price here. The staff were really pleasant too. My only qualm about this place are the toilets. Every time I've gone to Tenpin they smell and are really untidy.
Nice personnel but the lanes seem a bit slanted, particularly when using the children's chute to launch balls.I also noticed the lack of bowling balls for hands that have thicker fingers (14lb ball is not always an option for a person with tennis elbow).
Great place to go. Very quiet during the day, but come alive at night. Great for children's parties and adults parties alike. Fantastic time had by all.
