Ordered a wedding cake from here. Approaching the day, I sent emails regarding the order and no responses were made. It was only when I went to the shop that my questions were answered. I ordered a three tier cake, with icing flowers, and a sugarmodels of the bride and groom. On the day of the wedding the cake was perfect.... Apart from there was no cake topper. We didn't let this ruin the day as the cake itself was beautiful and tasted gorgeous. After the wedding, I emailed again just to ask if there was a problem with the sugarmodel as we didn't receive it - there was no reply. I phoned multiple times to no answer, and emailing again asking for a refund of just the model. This again did not get answered. I posted on the company's Facebook page and asked whether my emails had been received - this post was deleted. Due to the very very poor communication, I can only rate this as a two star, and I feel that is generous as I did have a lovely wedding day and the cake tasted lovely. Please be aware of all of this before you consider buying from this company. It is such a shame.
