Asked a simple question about one of their products online, got ignored. Bought my 3 bags of soil from a company that actually bothered to respond. Very pleased they ignored me really else I'd have never found this new company, already bought new filters and heaters from them as well. I'd avoid this company at all costs, they clearly have stopped caring. Thats if they ever cared to begin with.
Fake company. Ordered items never arrived. Don't even bother
Using my order number for my purchase whereby I was told it had been shipped out and will arrive by Thursday, Friday at the latest. It is now Friday and to follow up I called you to confirm the whereabouts of my said purchase this morning. Only to be told quite rudely might I say that it had been dispatched and will get it today, waiting in today I still haven't received it so I called again to arrange something with DPD only to be told that it hasn't been dispatched and waiting on a new order of plants. So i'm again left waiting for a further week for my order. Why tell me one thing then do another. You were quick to take my money but when it comes to the follow up you were unhelpful. I'd like to personally put in a complaint about the guy who I was speaking to via the phone. He was arrogant, rude and quite simply unhelpful. I merely asked for further details on my order so I'm ahead and know when to be at home for. To be told by your worker to check the terms and conditions was something I had done previously, if I had missed the said date for specific order times surely I would've been notified via e-mail as it states in your Terms and Conditions... I didn't get an apology nor a sorry for the inconvenience. How do you purpose we resolve this issue?
Arrive to find the shop looking like a messy warehouse. Waited for about half an hour before any of the staff so much as said hello. We were asked if we want any help and had a bearded fella come over to ''help'' us. The guy acted like us being there was a huge inconvenience to him. Tried chatting to him but 2 word answers max. Changed my mind about buying anything there and then. Beautiful display tanks, terrible customer service.
Ordered a aquarium and cover from the online store. The tank was delivered but the cover was out of stock. Used the online contact form to see if I could either get the cover or a refund but have yet to get a response after 2 weeks. Nice tank but would buy elsewhere if there was another supplier.
